Thanks to the collaboration between Maison D'Art Collection and the Chef Gourmet cooking and pastry school, you will be able to take part in an exclusive experience: an open-air cooking class, held on the panoramic terrace of the Hotel 77****, with an incomparable view over the city.
Guided by a professional chef, you will prepare fresh pasta from scratch: dough, traditional shapes and cooking, up to the creation of typical sauces to go with the first courses. Everything will be accompanied by a glass of bubbly while you cook and enjoy your creations in the tranquillity of a private terrace.

Start the experience with a guided tour of the market in Via Cesare Balbo, a short walk from the hotel. Together with the chef, you will choose fresh ingredients, then go to the kitchen to make the dishes with your own hands.
